Weekly bulletin - 14 March - 18 March 2022

All main indexes advanced last week as SOFIX (601.96) increased the most by 3.9% and melted the loss from the beginning of the year to 5.3%. 21 out of 29 names in our watchlist finished on the positive side as First Investment Bank (FIB, BGN 2.26) led by 30.3% gain, followed by CEZ Distribution (CEZD, BGN 304.00, +10.9%) and Doverie United Holding (DUH, BGN 7.92, +7.6%). The weekly turnover increased significantly (+551% to YtD average) too, but the main part of it came from block trades with electricity company CEZ Electro (CEZE, BGN 28 000, -15.2%) and CEZ Distribution. The volumes on the other hand slipped by 22% compared to YtD average.
