    KLCI declined for a second week, falling 0.5% wow to its lowest weekly close since 15 May 2020. Local institutional investors’ turned largest net sellers last week, net selling CIMB and FGV. Foreign investors' net sell flow fell 77% to RM28m; they net sold Petronas Chemical and Inari. Retail investors remained the largest net buyers for the fourth week, net buying HSI-CJB and Inari. CIMB, Petronas Chemical and FGV were the top three stocks with the highest fund flows last week. Total value of short-selling fell 30% wow, with financial services and technology being the top short sectors.
