Morning Bulletin - 24 January 2022

The local indexes slipped at the end of the last week, where SOFIX erased 1.16% to 627.18. The top declines within the main index were by Monbat (MONB, BGN 5.65, -3.42%) and Allterco (A4L, BGN 21.00, -3.67%), both of which dropped with decent volume. Doverie United Holding (DUH, BGN 9.50, -2.66%) and Central Cooperative Bank (CCB, BGN 1.17, -2.50%) shrank notably as well, while there no significant moves on the positive side. The most traded constituent was Doverie, with next being Allterco and Advance Terrafund REIT (ATER, BGN 2.95, -1.67%). BGREIT erased 0.54% to 167.25, with the decline being entirely on the back of Advance Terrafund and Bulgarian Real Estate Fund (BREF, BGN 2.04, -0.97%).
