BSE shares closed mixed on Friday, in a week dominated by intensified investors' fears about the prospects for a global recession and preparation for further massive US interest rate hike. The main index SOFIX ended 0.22% lower, reflecting the drop in M+S Hydraulic (MSH, BGN 8.80, -3.30%), Sopharma Trading (SFT, BGN 5.54, -1.07%) and Eurohold (EUBG, BGN 2.02, -1.94%). The negative impact was partly offset by the positive moves of other index members like Bulgarian Real Estate Fund (BREF, BGN 2.32, +2.65%) and Chimimport (CHIM, BGN 0.824, +1.73%). Monbat (MONB, BGN 4.80, +0.42%) was the most traded company with BGN 308k turnover, pushing the total turnover near its 3-months average. The broad indexes BGBX40 (139.93) and BGTR30 (731.37) ended almost unchanged with -0.08% fall and +0.14% rise respectively. BGREIT 182.64 (+0.52%) was the best performer reflecting the positive move of BREF.
