Aerodrome modified the offer terms as it does not expect to obtain sufficient proceeds to pay the offer consideration
It reduced total shares to be acquired to 30.1% of Oma's capital stock and the expiration date is extended to June 30
If total shares are accepted, Oma’s float would be around 70%. We will continue to follow the transaction development
